The free streaming downloads were easier for our group to find than the free legal downloads. Some of the free legal downloading sites required you to have an account, like itunes. Itunes offers certain free downloads every week. Most the music downloading sites we found were not free. The streaming downloading sites on the other hand were usually free and legal. We were already familiar with Pandora and LastFM which also made it easier.

The reports offered similar recommendations but they gave different artists. Pandora's recommendations were more similar with each other and there wasn't as much of a variety in the types of music that was played. Pandora allowed you to customize what was played more because you can say what you liked or disliked in the songs that were recommended. Last FM had more of a diverse range of types of music that they said related to the specific artist. Last FM provided more than just playing music but also had comparable artist links and the different albums that the artists had. They were, overall, extremely similar and accomplish the same purpose.
